Home recording and general music post from the archived Yabb Recording Website Message Board. Some of the info here may be outdated but many of the audio recording and home studio tips are still good. Note: The only tags I made and attempt to convert are italics, bold, center and underline. So if you see some gibberish surrounded by brackets, just ignore it.

Hi Kat, firstly you must check what format your web server will allow for audio, some only have mp3 capabilites , some wav etc...check in your help section. Secondly you did not say which site you are using..this would help people to answer you based on their personal use. If it is a homesite, you must check it allows you to do more than link. If you have a site that lets you upload rm files, like angelfire and many more, all you need to do is upload into main directory or sub directory of your chosing and make sure your path is correct.
example..
my homepage url is
http://www.angelfire.com/music3/MusicDimensionz/index.html my music files are in a subdirectory called music so the path is
http://www.angelfire.com/music3/MusicDimensionz/Music/Hands.rm check your extensions when uploading..are they rm produced with real producer, or are they wav or mp3...look in your directory again and also check for spelling mistakes /uppercase lowercase..hope this helps :)
