Welcome to the Recording Forums archive of audio recording posts from the old Recording Website Message Board

Home recording and general music post from the archived Yabb Recording Website Message Board. Some of the info here may be outdated but many of the audio recording and home studio tips are still good. Note: The only tags I made and attempt to convert are italics, bold, center and underline. So if you see some gibberish surrounded by brackets, just ignore it.

This stuff is old.  I liked playing in this band.  We did well considering the area.  I recorded a couple of the songs on ADAT and a couple on R2R.  Let me know what you think of them and also see if you can guess which were recorded on what.  Later.

OK, I'll take that challenge, it's tough though especially hearing it through the low res MP3s.  Tennessee is analogue as is Sleep Song right?  Good material BTW, maybe we could collaborate sometime.

My Mama rocked. It's now a fixture on my very exclusive play list. Great guitar tone. What did ya use?

The old standard: Les Paul, Marshall and a SM57.  Simple and easy.
