Anyone heard of this festival?

Well things have gotten a little more interesting for my band the last
week or so. It's a bit of a long story, but in any case, we may
be playing at a Midwest/regional benefit concert of some kind
in Green Bay, WI. Supposedly around 6,000 people attend each day
(June 10 & 11), a lot of them just drifting in from a nearby
airshow (not Oshkosh).

The guy I talked to on the phone said he was the president of the
company that runs the concert, which features around 17 bands of
various types (blues, reggae, rock, etc). All he asked for was a
demo and press kit and he said he'd decide sometime this week on
our fate. It didn't sound like a bad deal at all for a bunch of
high-school kids: all expenses paid plus some to do a gig in another
state.

Of course I didn't bother to catch the actual name of the event,
but I do know it's being run by Eric Whipple Enterprises. Has
anyone heard of this concert or this company? There weren't any
unreasonable demands but I'd like to err on the side of caution here.
So far it sounds pretty good, and will probably sound even better
once we find out if we're playing for sure (apparently it helps
that we're the only band from Minnesota that he's heard from).

Just thought I'd post this to see if someone's heard of the festival
and whether it's worth playing.
