What do you do to warm up and calm down before a gig?

I've been doing open mics a lot lately and I always try and go first so that I don't have time to get nervous. But that's not always the best choice! When I play with the band, it's usually not a problem because it's pretty basic stuff and our singer is the focus.. but when I'm doing my solo acoustic stuff I don't think I could be any more naked. No band to hide behind musically and every mistake is obvious as a QB fumbling the ball in his own end zone!
