Start with those and surf a little. You might find it. I have an old DOD Phasor 45 which I needed to repair in the same way. Schematic was available once I looked a while.

One more anecdote:
I once bought a Dunlop Crybaby Wah-Wah and stored it for a while. Once I brought it back out of the closet, it failed to work and I tried to get Dunlop to fix it but they refused. I tried everything from resoldering all the joints to dropping it on the floor and nothing could revive it. Without a schematic I replaced each part one at a time, then tested, then replaced another part, retested, until I got it working again. It was a pain in the neck, but, just like your unit - nothing seemed to help except giving it transplant surgery. Good luck!

P.S. Be careful what you replace in that vintage pedal. Many times new components will change the tone of the pedal and thus effect its value as well as its tone. if you want it to stay vintage in every sense of the word, get exact replacement parts.

Later
Eddie
