I can't help with the exact EQ settings. But here is a tip to get a vocal track to punch through the mix.

duplicate the track and compress the hell out of it (8 - 10db or more). Then solo the compressed track and EQ it so that it sounds rather agressive (in a good way). Now bring this track into the mix so that it sits just behind the original vocal track. This gives a bit of punch to the track and will help it cut through in places where the mix is dense.
