I've never used N'track, I use a SBLive w/Cakewalk, using Soundfonts is very easy in Cake. You may need to do all of your bank manipulation in the applet that comes with the Creative software, don't remember what it's called, soundfont manager maybe. Do a search on your hard drives for the word soundfont. It should find an executable file, run that file and you should be able to load soundfonts, and change the amount of RAM used by the soundfonts.
