Using samples

I've downloaded some great piano samples and I would like to use them instead of my Roland RD-250 keyboard. I'm using n-track studio for my PC but I can't figure out how to get the samples to work while I'm recording!How do I get the sample piano sound to my pc recorder and make it work? I'm also using a Behringer 8 ch. mixer if that helps!!
