please i need help. this is the equipment i have: Yamaha MD-8 multitrack, alesis midiverb4,BBE 362 sonic maximizer, TR 626 drum machine, sequential circuits drumtracks, roland sh101,akai S-20 sampler,presonus Bluemax compressor, the PC is a 333 celeron with 64 MB of RAM a shitty soundcard and i have a Midiman USB midisport 2x2 midi interface, i'm running rebirth 338 2.0, cool edit pro, sond gorge 4.5, Acid 2.0 , reality, samplitude 2496, i want to install Cubase or logic audio. this is my question: i want to get a synth that i can also use as a controller when i'm in the studio, one to which i can dump all of my studio created sounds and sequences but that won't cost me an arm and a leg,and also how do i get all of the equipment that i have to work in tune with eac other i am planning on buying an aardvark direct pro card and a line 6 pod. do i have enough memory on my system? do i have enough midi channels available? do i have too much equipment running at the same time? can anybody make sense of this mess on have in my studio?
