Midi sync help

I have cakewalk 8. I want to sync the cakewalk 8 to another sequencer. Where is the sync menu? I should be able to select internal clock, Midi sync, & MTC, but I can't find the menu. They do not provide a manual for this software. I am hopeing these utility menu's are simular to other cakewalk products. I would be greatful for any help.
