Balanced out into unbalanced in...... |
Hola & Merry Christmas from Texas! I have a Meek british channel wrapped up under the tree. My qustion concerns the compatablity of this unit with an ADAT LX20. The meek unit has 1/4" TRS line level outs which I assume are "balanced". The LX20 inputs are unbalanced RCA. Can you go out of the meek balanced outputs straight into the ADAT unbalanced RCAs. Do I need some kind of modified cable or can I plug an unbalanced 1/4 to RCA cable between the units? I have a Seck console which I can use to make it all work but ideally I would like to run the brit channel directly into the LX20. Many thanks!
