MIXER recommendations

I have a little studio set up with this:

LAYLA - 16 bit
PC - with cakewalk pro audio 9
and i am currently controlling the sounds levels when we record thru an analog Yamaha 8-track but i think i want to upgrade to a decent digital mixing board for a reasonable price. I also have Tannoy Reveal active monitors which i'd like to run directly from the mixing board -

one thing is - that the space i have is limited - but i'd be willing to forsake bed space in order to work on music 24/7
