In all the recording I've done in the past I normally go through my ART PRO MPA through my mixer pre and direct out to the recorder with my compressor plugged into inserts. Will it be noticeably better if I went from ART through compressor to recorder eliminating the Mackie's mixing board pre. It's more inconvenient to repatch but would be worth it if it was audibly better. Sorry for so many posts but have been saving them for a long time.
