I've only had my Schecter A-7 for about a week now. I must admit... it can definitely hang with my Ibanez Universe which cost twice as much (too much!!!). The construction, action, cosmetics and sound quality on the Schecter are second to none in their price range. I have only one complaint about Schecter... the gigbag. I wish that Schecter packaged and sold their guitars with a hardshell case. A guitar that nice deserves a hardshell case... not a gigbag. Schecter owners shouldn't have to purchase a hardshell separately.

I've seen some used Mesa Dual Rectifier heads for around $900 on eBay. Approximately, how much is a new Dual Rec head unit??
