Have you tried Elderly Instruments? They carry a lot of old manuals. You have to email them and ask. the URL -

Also Odyssey Pro Sound may have a manual also. Again, you'll have to email them, I didn't see anything on their site. it's at http://www.odysseyprosound.com/used.html
