If you go to the Mix Magazine site, you will find they have a list of schools in the US and international that offer what you are looking for. Hit their "Links" button, then hit "Education". The two schools that Seymore mentioned are good, and be sure to check out the school that is sponsoring this recording website. They are the Recording Institute of Detroit, and have a very good program as well.
