If the clipping is severe and all over the track, you may try either CoolEditPro (as JR#97 suggested) or CoolEdit2000 with the noise restoration plug-in (it's somewhat cheapier than full CoolEditPro).
If the clipping is slight and only happens in some isolated spots, you may try the CoolEdit96/2000 plug-in I once wrote for myself.
I've put it on the Web (see link); it's free. It is not as powerful as the CoolEdit's own one, but it did adequate job for me in the past, and I didn't have to pay for it (and I had some fun programming it, too) :-)
