I have to transfer about 12 hours of 2-channel stereo audio from DA88 tapes to my PC via the tdif format for future editing and archiving. The files on the PC will have to be 44.1 khz, 16 bit stereo WAV files.
What can you recommend for a simple and inexpensive interface board that I can put in the PC that will connect to the DA88 and allow me to do this? I don't need editing or mixing features, just the ability to get the audio into the computer without leaving the digital domain.
