Just my $.02 worth: but you're really fixing the
Symptom rather than the problem with software like
that. If it were me, I would attempt to do the
session again - whether it be tuning issues or
digital clipping. I understand that is quite a
bit of work to "redo" a session, but I would
rather go above & beyond to capture it right than
go back and "fix it in the mix" which ... isn't
that the biggest no-no anyways?

Or you could just use analog tape to take care
of the clipping issue and you could get musicians
who stay in tune & on key ... and that would
take care of all your problems.
Enough said. I'm being sarcastic now. Sorry
