Dude, it aint' gonna happen. even God rarely makes
people change their attitudes. As much as I hate to
say it,..money talks. Buy the studio, then start
fireing people who don't perform. I don't know if
this is a revelation to you or not... But there are
people here (I'm in Hollywood) who do VERY good work and who don't give
a shit at ALL about the quality of the product, except
for one thing, they want to keep their job. That works
every time. Their job (or money) hits the nail on
the head every time. And one more thing, you may have
to go through a lot of employees for you to find even
one who "appears" to give a shit,..in the end, you
only care if he turns out a good product, not if he
cares about the good or crappy product he is turning out.
These are two different
things. Now don't write me hate mail, this is the
truth and the only way to run a studio.
