Now, you would repeat the same on the other end being careful to apply the shield, and colors to the pins exactly like the first end. Now, if this is a cable that comes from a microphone or device that originates a four conductor wire YOU MUST CONSULT THE WIREING SCHEMATIC OF THE DEVICE.
