First make sure you have a signal from the guitar thru the processor. If you can hear the guitar in the headphones then thats okay. Next make sure it's going out. Hook up the line out that is now going to the PC to a sound source (your stereo, pc speakers etc.). If you have sound then the prob is in your pc. If you don't then check your processor settings and if they're okay then it's the out cable.

If everything checks out to the pc then you need to make sure you're set up correctly. First go to settings, then control panel and click on Multimedia. Check the Recording Device. It should be set to your sound card. If not, change it. If you still have no input do what Maury suggested. And make sure the mute button at the bottom of the sliders is not checked. If you still have no input open your recording program and check that it is set for your sound card. If not change it. If you still have no input get a reel to reel ~vbg~.
