It has been a long time hasn't it. I almost forgot I had one. Now if I could just get my old National back and then my Atari r2r and I'll have stuff again ~vbg~.
They did upgrade it to Atracs 4.5 so it should sound better. But I've never really had a problem with the sound anyway. I use it as a songwriting tool. It's a lot easier to take it to the garage than my computer.
And the Yamaha has always been able to play both music and the data disks. I wonder what ever happened to the commercial music disks that were supposed to come out. I really thought the md would replace the cassette. Looks like the new mp3 players are going to be the hot thing.
