Well sheesh, you picked a hell of a thing to set as a goal. There was probably $100,000 of outboard gear used on that mix. First thing is to use drum samples. That's what they did. Get a low hz tone and trigger it so it goes off each time the kick is hit. That sort of thing. Also do a separate drum bus mix and compress the holy hell out of it. The guitars are also eq'd a bunch with a lot of low end gone and cutting mid frequencies added, compressed/limited also. There is a whole buttload of processing goin on that mix. Those are the only things I can hear and think of right now, but I'm sure there's tons of tricky crap going on that I know jack about.

I guess to do it cheap just get a RNC compressor, put it in "really nice mode", run the drum submix through that and compress the poop out of the drums at 25:1 ratio. Run the bass direct. Then get a best stereo tube limiter & eq you can buy. Run the stereo guitar submix through that, suck out the low end of the guitars so they don't get in the way of your huge drum mix, and boost some 2k for bite. Good luck, you'll need it! :)
