I think (at least from everything I've seen in my
pathetic life), is you should change this sentence
to read:You have NO chance of getting anything from them
no matter how guilty they feel.And believe me,
they forget about the word GUILT faster than you
can write it once their stuff starts to sell.Get a signed contract UP FRONT by all members in
the band. And for hell sakes, have an
attorney review
it. Also, get as much money up front as you can.
