It is generally not wise to use tube amps to run your
monitors. They do NOT give an accurate representation
of what is on tape. You'll be thinking the stuff
is sweeter than it really is (don't forget here, most
people generally don't have tube stereos or tube
anything else these days, so my reasoning is not
flawed here...unless , of course, you need ten zillion
watts--which can only be had through tubes. ). Save the tube stuff
for creating the sound NOT monitoring it. You could
save yourself a little grief later.
