I'm with those who say "What, me worry?". If, say, the original version of your tune was a huge hit, I'd worry. If a good many of the lyrics were the same, and you were making mega bucks off of it, I'd be concerned.
I would say congrats, however, on being able to track down the tune that influenced you to write it. With my questionable tunes, it's usually some vague memory of thus and such and "hmm, have I heard that before or not?". I liked the tune a lot.
