Has anyone thought of just making a CD from
one of these JL Cooper units with nothing more
than 74 min of time code? Then SB could just
record the CD (at whatever length he needed)
onto his track 8 on his multitrack - thus striping
his tape. Then the PC could read that off the
tape (if I am reading SB correctly here).I personally use the JLCopper for both timecode
generation and reading ... then the JLCooper
translates the timecode audio into MidiTimecode
and this provides the synchro on the PC.Eddie
